| OVERVIEW Explore Vietnam's southern highlights on a journey into one of Southeast Asia's most fascinating regions. Begin your laidback adventure exploring the streets of Ho Chi Minh City and taking in its many striking contrasts. You'll then escape the chaos city and drive through the green and tranquil Vietnamese countryside to the legendary Mekong River, taking in traditional villages and the hustle and bustle of the river on the way, and experience the most colorful floating market on the Delta. Day 1: SAIGON ARRIVAL |

You'll be greeted at the Tan Son Nhat airport and transferred to your hotel at the city centre. Time will be free for your refreshment Overnight at hotel in Saigon  |

Day 2: SAIGON – CU CHI TUNNELS (B, L) |
|
AM: 08.00 am depart from Ho Chi Minh city to Cu Chi. You'll be able to get an idea of what it would have been like to live, sleep and eat in the underground passages and bunkers during the fierce battles of the war. PM: After lunch, you'll discover the Cho Lon area (also called town) and Binh Tay market- one of the liveliest areas of Ho Chi Minh City, iks packed with every conceivable commodity. Late in the afternoon, you'll have ticket for a performance of traditional Water Puppetry (an art form unique to, and a light-hearted introduction to its rural culture.  |

Day 3: HO CHI MINH CITY – VINH LONG – CAN THO (B, L) |
|
AM: 08.00 am depart from Ho Chi Minh City through urban sprawl; you'll travel to Cai Be. There, you'll cruise on the Mekong River, visit, fruit orchards; traditional family-run brick kilns, and drop in to look at some traditional cottage industries PM: Spend some minutes rowing through dense palm trees-canal. Get to visit another islet for a short walk in a peaceful atmosphere and shade of fruit trees. Late in the afternoon, you'll drive further into the Mekong Delta to Can Tho  |

Day 4: CAN THO – HO CHI MINH CITY (B) |
AM: After breakfast and a boat cruise, you'll arrive at the bustling Cai Rang floating market - the largest floating market in Mekong River. Both the journey and the market provide insights into the unique Mekong rural lifestyle. Feel free to take photographs, talk or bargain while our boat siding with them PM: Drive back to Saigon. Trip ends |
