Day 1: Hanoi - Ba Be

A full day’s drive to Ba Be National Park, one of Vietnam's most spectacular areas of natural beauty. On the way we visit Thai Nguyen Ethnology Museum (closed on Mondays). Upon arrival in Ba Be, check in at the guesthouse.
OVERNIGHT IN BA BE GUESTHOUSE.

Day 2: Ba Be – Sightseeing – Pac Ngoi village (B)

Today we have a full day boat cruise along the scenic Nang River including the Puong grotto and Dau Dang Waterfall as well as some ethnic villages dotted along the waterfront. Lunch will be near the Dau Dang Waterfall. We continue cruising on Ba Be Lake stopping at regular intervals to explore the tropical rainforest. Later we arrive at a local house at Pac Ngoi village with stunning views over the lake. Remainder of the day is free to stroll around this Tay minority village.
OVERNIGHT IN LOCAL HOUSE AT PAC NGOI VILLAGE


Day 3: Ba Be – Hanoi (B)

Return journey by car back to Hanoi. End of services.
