Rule & Restriction

• A surcharge of US$ 20 net per room per night will be applied for peak periods: Christmas & New Year (24-31 Dec. 09), Lunar New Year (6 - 10 Feb 09), Easter (20 - 22 Mar 09) and other public holidays in Vietnam (30 April - 3 May 09 & 1 - 2 Sep 09). 
• Children up to 12 years old without extra bed are free of charge.
• Any amendment or cancellation made 3 days prior to check-in date will not be charged. Deposit for at least one night might be required to guarantee your reservation at that point of time.
• Check-in time at 14:00 or sooner, Check-out time at 12:00.
• Late check-out: 12:00 - 18:00 is subject to 50% room change for 1 night staying. After 18:00, full night charge is applied.
