The large lot area of the villa 250 m2 is larger with private swimming pool and an elegant outdoor relaxation area. There are two bedrooms, a spacious iving room, dining room, kitchen and family room with stylish five star fittings and equipments.  Villa H9 (Total building area 76.0 s.q.m)This villa offers all the luxury facilities for 5 star standards, with a swimming pool, outside shower, pavilion and a large terrace. The second floor has a tropical bathroom open to the outside with a large custom bathtub. The bedroom has a separate entrance directly from the outside.
Villa H10 (Total building area 90.60 s.q.m)Even if it keeps from the outside most of the features of a high standards villas, it’s design is quite unique, as the entrance and the living areas are located on the top floor. Inspired by the Traditional Balinese houses, this original design offers several advantages: - Better natural ventilation and scenic view from the living areas,- Larger volume in the living areas with open framework, - Bedrooms easier to Air-Condition if necessary. The Master bedroom on the first floor has a direct access from the terrace (through a small salon) It also has a tropical bathroom with separate toilets and a double washbasin. It has a large shaded terrace (under a pergola) with a pavilion and pool.
Villa H11 (Total building area 90.60 s.q.m)This villa offers all the luxury facilities for 5 star standards, with a swimming pool, a private Jacuzzi, a tea pavilion and a large shaded terrace. The second floor has a tropical bathroom open to the outside with a large custom bathtub. The first floor has a large Living / Dining room open to the terrace. The second floor has two bedrooms and one salon overlooking the ocean.
Villa H19 (Total building area: 80.70 s.q.m)Even if it keeps from the outside most of the features of a high standards villas, it’s design is quite unique, as the entrance and the living areas are located on the top floor. Inspired by the Traditional Balinese houses, this original design offers several advantages: - Better natural ventilation and scenic view from the living areas, - Larger volume in the living areas with open framework,- The master bedroom on the first floor has a direct access from the tarrace(throught a small salon) and has a tropical bathroom with separate toilets and a double washbasin.
