The Riverside resort is the first 4-star international standard resort in the central town of Hoi An. Flower Garlandse Coloursed Lanterns at Hoian Riverside Resort

The swimming pool will transform into a garden of flotting chinese lanterns, nearby, on the banks of Do River the light and warmth of another flotilla of flowered lanterns will envelop you. And not too far from there, local Cham people are re-enacting their traditional dance.

1. Visit the Hoi An Market

Any morning you can go to the market by cyclo or bicycle with one of our chefs. The wide variety of local produces will surprise you. Buy some, and the chef will prepare it for your lunch. Be early, though, as you have to leave the Resort by 6:00am, returning by 7:30am.

2. Vietnamese Cooking

With the food products that you have bought from the market, learn how to prepare and cook your lunch in Vietnamese style. Our chef will provide the recipes and give you all necessary instructions and guidance.

3. Vietnamese Cooking Demonstration Set Lunch menu
