• A  surcharge 55 USD/ adult/ and 35USD / child  will be applied for Gala Dinner: Christmas & New Year (24 Dec. 12 - 31 Dec. 2010).
• A surcharge 18 USD/ adult/ and 29USD / child  will be applied for peak season priods: Lunar New Year (14- 17 Jan 2010),  and other public holidays in Vietnam (30 April - 1 May 09 & 1-2 Sep 09).
• A surcharge 10 USD/ room/ night will be applied for peak priods from 24 Dec. to 31 Dec.2010.
• Children up to 12 years old without extra bed are free of charge.
• Any amendment or cancellation made 3 days prior to check-in date will not be charged. Deposit for at least one night might be required to guarantee your reservation at that point of time.
• Add USD 25 more for an extra bed.
• Check-in time at 14:00 or sooner, Check-out time at 12:00.
• Late check-out: 12:00 - 18:00 is subject to 50% room change for 1 night staying. After 18:00, full night charge is applied.
• Reserved room will be held until 18:00 on the arrival date, unless guarantee by credit card or special arrangement are made.
